解讀 CCL 的政治生命?

【Card 1】:Death/(Past influences having bearing)

【Card 1】:Death

Death這張牌暗示著舊勢力的式微,甚至於結束、轉變;已經身心俱疲憊(Exhausted)、體驗到無情力量的打擊。
Death代表過去的影響力,它暗示在這未來的一年中,可能會是 CCL生命中重要的轉捩點。

牌意顯示轉變、結束的現象已經發生,如果不順從這種自然的改變,那可能就要小心提防沒有下一個階段的未來了。

真實人生和政治生涯的生命都是有限的,而且是互有關聯,放棄政治生命才能以之換取晚年的真實人生。畢竟不論如何想逃避,某些事情都是順其自然發生的。

【Card 2】:3 of Wands

顯示 CCL地方派系的領導勢力背景,讓他成功的再度取得政黨提名,達成計劃的初步成就。
3 of Wands 暗示除非達到內、外在,身、心、靈的整合,才能和諧的運作;要真實的去面對人生,走向未來之路。

其次,3 of Wands也暗示 CCL要審慎的評估自己目前的情況,除了自己身心達到協調一致的時候才能採取行動外,也必須要經由合作才能獲致最後的成功。

【Card 3】:10 of Cups

10 of Cups 這應該是帶有庇護作用的牌,意味著融洽、和諧、滿足的景象出現在個人的人際關係、事業成就或是家庭生活中;

它暗示要認知目前擁有的身份、地位已經是 CCL的人生巔峰(Knowing that culmination puts an end to the ascent ),應該覺得飽足了(Satiety);

在未來的發展和當前情勢的連動中,暗示如果不能在此事業巔峰退休,那麼就要預防政治生命的高點後,隨之而來的可能衰退。

【Card 4】: The Hanged man

Card 4的位置代表的涵意是 What to do?
雖然健康因素和政治生命的延續造成的心理衝突,就如同被困在死巷中進退兩難;但基於個人的考量,CCL繼續參選已是弓在弦上不得不發的情勢。

The Hanged man 牌義暗示劇烈的改變、犧牲、受苦、放棄、中止行動。
它暗示在這個年度將會是 CCL生命的轉捩點,政治生命和健康人生倆者孰重孰輕?端視個人抉擇。牌義也指出除了改變原來的目標方向,可能沒有其他的選擇。

【Card 5】:10 of Swords

10 of Swords 牌義的本質是 Ruin,恐懼會潰敗、地位沒落、被放棄的想法,這是心理上失去信心,感到無能為力的心態 ( Mental despair 、 helplessness )。

它出現在代表和外界影響相關的位置上,通常暗示可能是到了最低潮的時刻;顯然的,不管是健康因素或地方人脈的消長,不但 CCL自己內心恐懼 Ruin 這狀況的出現,最重要的是某種程度的信心危機也正在外界間漫延。

【Card 6】: Princess of Wands

Princess of Wands 象徵每個人內在裡自由和解放的心靈,本質上它支配內在心理上的各種阻礙。

Princess of Wands 出現在代表恐懼和希望的位置上,除了點出了 CCL主要的內心衝突所在,也說明他內心的期待。

Princess of Wands牌中的老虎,在某些東方神話中是人類本性中的恐懼、或心理阻礙的相關經驗的象徵。

周圍鑲嵌羊頭的臺座,代表一元復始、萬象更新的春天時節,將舊有的阻礙和恐懼都放到鑲嵌羊頭的祭臺上,以為春祭的祭品,意味 CCL 內心期待能夠不再有任何恐懼,不再遮遮掩掩害怕別人的攻擊。

【Card 7】:5 of Cups

Disappointment 是 5 of Cups 的最佳詮釋;它暗示 CCL情緒上的沮喪、挫折或失望、痛苦,不論是在過去數年間或是目前正體驗到的,都將會感到極大的負擔。

5 of Cups 出現在代表最後可能的結果的位置上,顯示一切本來很順暢進行的事,似乎轉動到一個停止狀態;CCL被自我懷疑和沮喪、挫折壓得透不過氣來,而困境可能是同時發生在很多層面。
同時 ,Disappointment 讓 CCL 就像紙牌上那5個玻璃杯一樣感到脆弱、容易受到攻擊。

Djokovic's Strokes / Two-Handed Backhand Point of Contact



With one exception, Djokovic demonstrates a classic point of contact for a two-handed backhand here. He is meeting the ball with his weight on his front foot and with his hips still sideways but his shoulders turning toward the net. The ball is even with his front hip, the long axis of his racquet is horizontal, his string bed is vertical, and he's meeting the ball very near the ideal point on his strings. The one undesirable aspect of this shot is his greatly overclosed stance. Having his front foot much closer to the sideline than his back foot limits the rotational energy he can contribute to the shot. His body gets in its own way a bit. Players often have to hit from an overclosed stance because they've run sideways for a ball and don't have time to get the back foot farther over.

Djokovic's Strokes / Two-Handed Topspin Backhand Mid-Swing



Here, in mid-swing, Djokovic is clearly about to hit significant topspin on his two-handed backhand. The string bed's distance below the ball ensures that it will rise to brush up the back of the ball. Novak increases that distance by dropping the racquet head below his hands. The racquet head will rise to bring the racquet's long axis to its proper position for contact, horizontal. Novak's wrists are still somewhat laid back. Their flex forward in the remaining fraction of a second before contact will contribute significantly to his racquet-head speed.

Djokovic's Strokes / Backswing for Two-Handed Backhand



Djokovic demonstrates a fairly standard two-handed backhand preparation here. His stance is basically square (parallel to the sideline), with his weight transferring onto his front leg. The tip of his racquet points at the back fence. His wrists are laid back slightly to enhance the forward whip of the racquet when he swings. The one element that's slightly unusual is the slight upward tilt in his stringbed at this point in the backswing. If he's about to lob, this racquet angle on the backswing will work. If not, he'll have to turn his wrists, either while still in the backswing or during the swing, to avoid an upward tilt at contact. Many players get good at subtly turning their wrists just the right amount during the swing to create a vertical string bed at contact, but it's a lot easier just to start with a racquet angle on the backswing that results in a vertical string bed on contact without having to turn the wrists.

面對發球上網的球員如何回發球 ?

有以下幾種主要的選擇 :

◆使用上旋球( Topspin ) 打向對角,穿越發球區的角落。
( 這種打法對某些人可能頗為困難 )

◆直線穿越。(通常比對角穿越容易)

◆使用上旋球 (Topspin) 向發球者的腳,打過網即墬的球。
(迫使對方擊出困難的截擊球或半截擊球)

◆也可以使用低的切球,切向發球者的腳。
(不過如果使用上旋球會讓發球者比較少有反應的時間)

◆高吊球(Lob)也可能有效。
(特別是當發球者上網很迅速,或是較弱的過頂擊球時,瞄準他的反手邊。)

Hit it through your legs (跨間擊球)


這種兩腿間的抽擊,是在當你被吊高球,而且從網前向後追球時打出的。

當你夠到球時,要保持臉背向著球網,從兩腿間將球擊回,而不是想要從身體的一側把球揮回去。

在職業網球中首次入眼這種擊球方式時,我們慣常的會將它看成這只是賣弄炫耀的一擊。

不過,如今它可是比賽中,一種常見而且有效的回球方式。

1.

◆首先,你得選擇合適的球來打出這種跨間擊球,要不然的話可能你會像笨蛋一樣結束這球。

◆其次,這個球必須是在球場中相當中央的位置上,如此才能和你追回球的路線一致。

◆再者,當你夠到球時,需要讓它降得夠低。如果球太高了,最好另作其它的打算,硬是要嘗試 從跨間擊球,可能會讓你以掉眼淚結束這一球。 (LP ~~ oops ) 譯者註。

◆這種跨間擊球的奧秘,就在於握拍的方式。當你在追這個球的時侯,就要轉換成極度反手拍。

◆如果你所要的這一擊是正確的話,應該趕得上在球剛要第二次彈跳時擊出。

◆將你的拍頭舉高,就好像你要猛摔球場似的。

◆確定你的腳位後,將球兩側任一腳張開,如此一來兩腳的間距才能夠寬。

◆就像是要抽擊球背面似的,經由你的跨下向下揮拍。

◆接觸球的時候,稍微彈一下你的手腕,否則球將只會順著地面滾回去。

◆抬高你的左腳,稍為離開地面一些(右手持拍者,如圖所示),是另一個有用的手法。

◆當擊出漂亮的跨間擊球 ,在這時刻,你要不是會被視為週遭中最酷的球員,就是在後場中會有成堆圍觀的球迷。

◆設想是前者的狀況,那麼,你也不要光環顧左右,等待著人們的鼓掌聲。因為你的對手正等在網前,而且準備給你來一記下墜截擊呢。

◆因此快速移回前場區,你很有希望用一個小揮拍,穿越網前的對手結束這一分。
